Sofie Wyric is a minor character in the Galatune series. Sofie Wyric is the sole heir to the Wyric Estate. Her parents and her younger brother both disappeared without a trace, leaving Sofie as the sole heir to the Estate itself. However, an estranged aunt mysteriously appeared and was named as Sofie's caretaker and temporary manger of the Estate. Strangely enough, the local authorities and even the World Guard seemed to have turned a blind eye to the circumstances surrounding the disappearance. Years later, Sofie discovered that her parents had been working on a secret research program at the Mindful Citadel. Sofie's mother had been working to unravel the secret mysteries surrounding the ancient pocket watch that her father recovered from an exhibition into uncharted Rybis territory. Unbeknownst to the World Government, her father had actually discovered not one, but two of these strange watches. While one watch remains under close guard at the Mindful Citadel, Sofie accidentally uncovered the other watch hidden in a secret passage way of the Estate. She has been training herself in the arts of time-magic in order to manipulate time and solve the mystery surrounding her family's sudden disappearance.

Sofie Wyric has long dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. She wears a black trilby with a purple stripe, black glasses, a two piece dark gray suit with thin purple strips, a black trench coat with a thin purple stripe near the wrist, purple gloves, a white button up shirt, a purple tie and black high heel boots.

- Sofie Wyric was inspired by Sophie Wirick, one of the backers for the Galatune card game Kickstarter in Aug. 2016
- Sofie Wyric's name is more align to the naming conventions of the Humans living on Lyra, rather than the artistic style of the Lyrics.
